Quokkas and wattles illustration

I’m fairly new to digital illustration so was just giving it a go. One of my old workplaces asked us to come up with ideas for photo frames when people order school photography photos and want a frame too.

I used reference images to help me with the quokkas, nature background and wattles. I also experimented with a lot of Photoshop brushes before settling on these final ones.
